This smoothie bowl tastes like raspberry sorbet; and, it packs in three cups of leafy greens. Plus, it’s also got coconut milk, banana, beet, and a tablespoon each of chia and flax. Then, it’s decorated with a granola.
Raspberries and Greens Sorbet Bowl
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups baby kale
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup vanilla coconut milk
- a couple slices frozen beet slices
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup granola
- Blend all ingredients, except granola, in a food processor.
- Decorate with granola and serve immediately.
